5. Payments & Refunds
- VTU Services:Ā Transactions areĀ finalāno refunds for successful purchases.
- Bulk SMS:Ā Credits are non-refundable unless delivery fails due to system errors.
- Vine-AI Subscriptions:
- Payments are recurring (weekly, monthly, or yearly) unless canceled.
- No refunds for partial use, but you may cancel future renewals.
6. Vine-AI Specific Terms
- Uncensored Nature:Ā Vine-AI allows open conversations, but you areĀ solely responsibleĀ for your interactions.
- No Illegal Use:Ā Generating harmful, illegal, or abusive content is prohibited.
- Privacy:Ā Conversations are private, but we may review logs if abuse is reported.
- No Guarantee of Accuracy:Ā AI responses may contain errorsāuse discretion.
7. Prohibited Activities

- We may update, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
9. Termination
We may terminate or restrict your access if you:

- Engage in fraudulent activity.

- Financial losses due to service interruptions.
- Misuse of Vine-AI-generated content.
